Joining Fee

As from 25 June 2011 all new Agents will be required to pay a R 100-00 Joining Fee

Commission Structure

The Commission is as follows:

The normal Fee for an Upgrade is R 139-00 per month or R 1350-00 per year

If the Upgrade is generated through the Normal Channels the Commission will be

R 10-00 on the R 139-00 fee for 6 Levels
R 100-00 on the R 1350-00 fee for 6 Levels

If the Upgrade is done via the Call Centre the Commission will be

R 7-50 on the R 139-00 fee for 6 Levels
R 75-00 on the R 1350-00 fee for 6 Levels

Commission will only be credited to the Agents Account once the money for the Upgrade has been Received and Cleared in the SA Business Direct Account.

SA Business might from time to time Offer Special Upgrade Deals to Clients and then the Commission will be calculated by SA Business Direct according to the structure of the deal by the discretion of SA Business Direct.

Commission Payment

Commissions are paid on the last day of every month by means of EFT on the conditions that that the bank details has been submitted to the members area and that the balance of the Outstanding Commission in more that R 100-00

Agent Suspension

An Agent will be suspended when his or her account is Inactive for longer than 30 days.

An Inactive Account means that the Agent has not logged into the Account during the past 30 days and or the Agent produced less than 100 Listing during the past 30 days.

All Agents with more than 1000 listings will be exempted from the 100 Listing rule above

While an Account is suspended the Agent will not be able to receive any Commission Payments or earn any new Commissions

SA Business Direct reserves the right to suspend any Agent which do not comply to the Terms and Conditions of the Business.

In order to lift a suspension Agents can send an application with reasons why they feel the suspension should be lifted to info@sabusinessdirect.co.za

SA Business Direct reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions from time to time.
